GORHAM, Maine - UMaine-Farmington golf team shot 318 to finish in sixth place on the second day of the USM Fall Classic. Senior Justin Rodrigue lead the Beavers again carding a 76 giving him a two day total of 152 to finish in 11th place individually.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Junior Charles DeHaas finished at 158 (79-79) to tie for 13th place and Senior Matt Pelletier (82-79) finished tied for 18th.
- Sophomore Nate Poulin came in with an 84 for a two day total of 173 for 29th place.
- USM's Tristan Dundas carded a 70 to finish as low medalist (75-70-145).
- Jacob Erwin (Castleton University) came in with a 67 to finish in second (80-67-147)
- USM won the team event (303-294-597) finishing 18 shots in front of Castleton (322-293-615) and third-place University of New England (306-325-631).
UP NEXT
UMF will compete in the North Atlantic Conference Championship on Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th at the Waterville Country Club.
